I volunteer for a few events every year. This one, I trail guide for the Jeep Jamboree and I help with a few of their OHV Jamborees. There are perks to doing it, but it is hard work. If you're interested in that kind of stuff I'll let you know when they call for volunteers.
It would be fun to do that. I've got to get out there on the trail myself too.

Mornin creeps! Packing my crap up and heading for Uwharrie this morning. Volunteering at the BFGoodrich 36 hours of Uwharrie event. Usually a good time with some awesome peeps and some really cool rigs. So happy to have my (as yet unamed) JLUR back!
Good morning and perfect timing for getting your JLUR back :)

Right!? It would have been a little embarrassing to show up in a 2wd Ram 1500 for an off road event, lol.

From my own experience... worst choice for off-roading! Too much power to take that thing off the pavement. lol. I've started to spin out in the rain a few times, I can't imagine loose dirt would be any easier for it.

Yeah, but Hemi, with an open diff and plain simple traction control.... not good. A 4x4 Ram is an entirely different story ;)

14.5 hours to get there. Guess I'll have to pass.
Come on down Mike! You can park the BAMH in my driveway pretty easily.
