Can anyone speak, preferably with experience, regarding how it effects delivery of heat to the passengers feet? I am not familiar with where the floor vents are situated.

I don't have one of these but the floor vents are towards the top, center console. I wouldn't think its obstructing heat.

That's never been an issue with ours.

Note that it's just about the most unobtrusive mod you can do. Nobody notices it unless you point it out.

your welcome, my wife's feet dont even come close to touching this, so not issues.

Thank you for posting this. I have wondered about the details of where it sits and if it would interfere with passengers. Your pictures and post answered all of that.
