How stable are those Mopar premium rock sliders when used as a step? I really like them, but I am torn between those, and something like the Ace ones or LOD.
I got them for the look & to protect the lower part of the doors from debris (which it is doing a solid job so far). I don’t use it as a step as much but my GF uses it to get in and out. Tbh it’s not great as a functional step IMO and if you need something more functional I would go elsewhere. On my old JK I had more of a “traditional” step that dipped down and grew to not like the look. Personal opinion for sure.

Yeah, I also am not a fan of the drop down stepmtypes like nfab etc. LOD destroyer slider looks good, but not sure if the quality would be the same as the Mopar premium ones. My main co-pilot is my 8yr old daughter, so having a step for her is a must. I was also looking at the Mopar ones to keep stuff from hitting my door hinges etc. so glad to hear it does that.

I LOVE your front bumper! Are those the factory LED fog lights in it? I was going to put a winch in the factory Rubicon steel bumper, but by the time I get the grill guard and winch plate I am almost to an aftermarket one like the one you have.

Nice Jeep.
That Artec bumper with the painted skid is beautiful!

Cool, I have read conflicting information on if the steel bumper LED fog lights fit or not. Some say yes, some say only the non-steel number LEDs fit. I wish I would have not ordered the steel number group after finding how much it will cost to add the reinforcement for the larger spare, and to mount a winch.

Hey what size are those spacers 1.5" or 1.75"?
I'm running the same tires on my stock wheels too. Did you need a spacer on the spare too?

Nice! No wheel spacer on the spare, but I do have the RC spare relocation bracket, which spaces it off the tailgate a little bit.
Thanks got my RC bracket ordered and didn't want to find out I need another spacer. It looks like a set of 4 1.75" spacers will run me about $160. Is that about what you paid? 1.5" are a lot cheaper but I love the way yours looks.
