i was parked last night and wanted to turn off all the lights but still keep the jeep on to listen to music, but when I turned off the lights, the halos remain on. I went to light settings on the stereo and turned off day time running lights, but the halos remained on. Anyone know how to turn them off?

Not sure if this would work the same with the LED lighting group (Sport S here) but what if you turned the knob to the O position all the way counter-clockwise?

I tried that, but the halo’s stay on. I love the halo’s but I also like being able to turn them off completely.

Maybe a setting for DRL's in Uconnect?
I looked through that, and all I found was daytime running lights which only turn off the fender lights. It would make more sense to turn both fender and halo lights but nope!

If it’s anything like a Grand Cherokee then you might be able to turn the knob to the O position then engage the e-brake.

I just checked and pulling the e brake only turns off the LED’s on the fenders. Halos stay on.

We own a ‘17 BMW...halos stay on as well when engine off and simply want to listen to tunes. Indifferent to where switch is positioned.

Can you power the radio through one of those customizable new aux switches. And can they be programmed to turn on when the ignition is off and not in its aux position?

That's weird because I thought the halos are considered DRL so you would think they could be turned off along with fender DRL in the UConnect settings. Apparently not.

I'm curious to know if a Sport owner adds the Mopar LED headlamps, whether the halos are wired to function. The Sport does not include DRL.

I’m very interested in this as well. I hope there is a solution.

There should be a setting for how long your lights stay on after the engine is turned off.

Anyone have an update to this? I’m still trying to figure out how I could have it just for the radio but no lights on at all.
