OH have I missed having a cable actuated throttle for soo long! And now that the Mustang was sold in January, the only real throttle control I have is on the motorcycle. Cable throttle, and gravity feeding fuel into the carburators... Yamaha made absolutely no changes to the VStar 650 for 23 years.. lol
There is something special about actually feeling the throttle. :) Vroom vrooom... :involve:

hmmm, I think the most difficult part would be bypassing the ECU so it's not freaking out over any kind of manual throttle control.
If you don't disconnect the pedal or throttle position sensors, and just the actuator on the throttle body, I bet it would work. The ECU isn't that smart.

yeah, I'm still thinking about my old truck. Throttle position would be dependent on v8 or v4 mode. The 3.6 would have more or less consistent positioning.

It really set my opinion of everyone I hadn't met into a tailspin. What was/is worse is the family members who voted that way.

I find it's best at gatherings to keep politics out of the conversation completely - just enjoy the day for what it is. (I will be doing that over the 4th of July weekend at a cookout in PA)

In the meantime, be vocal - call out what you see as wrong every time you see it. Back up your claims with facts. And vote.

well... That adds to the stress of voting. On the one hand you could have a good solid candidate for a Parliament seat but on the other the leader of their party is garbage... That's a hell of a conundrum.
You nailed it!

A bad day would be if I had to wear those ugly pink shoes Billy recommended yesterday. I'd be taller then. ;)
Can't believe you don't like my shoes. Or I mean those shoes... They're not mine I swear! :whew:
