Thanks Bill for that photo. Funny how looking back at our old car Picts stirs that nostalgic feeling and makes us forget what a pain those early rides were at times. Ha! Anybody else got a “first love” ride photo to share?Sold it off about twenty years ago. Shouldn’t have, but at the time something else seemed more important. It was a 45 CJ2A with seats in it out of a ford maverick or something like that.
You might be able to get the V4 R before your JLUR.....
Have you guys had any issues with different shades of grey on your jeeps?
Looks awesome!New wheels...ordered black lug nuts but they don't come in until Tuesday.
Haven’t seen that happen before! That would bug me. There’s a fifty shades of gray joke in there somewhere though!
This is the first sting gray I’ve seen in person. I was super excited to see one, then I noticed the shade difference. It’s definitely there though. I looked from different lighting angles.Haven’t seen that happen before! That would bug me. There’s a fifty shades of gray joke in there somewhere though!
Look back through the last dozen+ pages of this thread with pictures and you'll notice that it's very common.Have you guys had any issues with different shades of grey on your jeeps?
Ahh now I can’t unsee that. Went back a few pages and it looks like a very common thing. Perhaps that darker panel is a different material and doesn’t take the color the same way?
That would make sense. Probably less noticeable in person.Yep, the cowl piece is plastic.
