Finally got "my" F-250 back from the shop. Needed new cams and rollers. One would think you could buy them as needed... but Ford in their infinite wisdom only sells complete heads for the 6.2 liter. Except the Heads, cams and rollers/rockers are all shipped separate from each other and you have to put them together yourself.... :swear:

Yes, I have BJs, front Track Bar, and Tie Rod to replace now. Drag Link and Rear Track Bar are sitting in the inbox. The only other item Tim mentioned was the Steering Box Stiffener. I haven't decided on that...yet.

I was only told to get the front one. LOL I will order the rear soon.

I will advise this to the shop tomorrow and advise them to make the front match the back...Then I will adjust the track bars once I get the rear one. That activity seemed to be pretty easy peasy. I will just follow TechTim's video. LOL

I only got the front, after my lift the front was off 1/2" but my rear was not. not sure why or how, but I didn't question it.

Yesterday I ripped all of the grooves out with my table saw. Next step is to get a good set of t&g router bits and get the boards ready for install.

I still have no idea if there are enough board feet for my project. I will do that sometime this week though.

What you got ordered should be fine. DW is typically track bar and/or ball joints.

Though caster can also come into play too.

Do you know what your caster is?
Alright @Tech Tim ...if (so far) I've only gotten the DW at higher speeds (~70 mph multiple times, never at less than 65 mph), does that in some way help point to what part(s) should be replaced first? The shop I took it to said they couldn't find anything wrong, and I trust that shop way more than I trust the dealerships in my area.

High speed DW? Sounds like a wheel/tire problem?
