WHO CARES ? Jeeps are tanks, not drag racing vehicles ! They’re heavy and sluggish, but who buys them for their 0-60 performance ?!?!

The discussion has nothing to do with using a Jeep as a race car! Obviously it is not. The topic was originally brought up to help potential buyers clearly understand that although peak numbers haven’t changed the new JL and it’s upgraded power delivery along with its 8 speed auto has put the new JL in a much better position for towing, passing and Just drivability! Is it fast? Well, no! Not compared to my GT 500, vipers, or my corvettes! But I, as well as others have an appreciation for the fact that the new JL really does run circles around the JK considering peak numbers haven’t changed.
