Dealership, and I did find them at one place that was just parts no complete kit, but another place had the complete kit. I cannot remember the name of either online store. It is one of the commonly searched ones for parts. Jeep Word, Just For Jeeps, Quadratic maybe.

They cannot. I tried a few months ago and ended up placing a custom order for a new jeep with the doors (even though the one on the lot I liked was basically the same build, just without). You can possibly order all of the MOPAR parts to make the half doors, assemble it, and paint it yourself - assuming it’s all in stock - but it sounded like a massive PITA and the dealer wouldn’t guarantee they had the right parts list
