So, I looked and couldn't find any information specific for JLs.
Went to the car wash and told them specifically not to use any wax just soap and water last Wednesday, Saturday night I noticed there were some streaks going vertical almost like "drip marks".
So far I've tried warm water and dish soap and multi-surface pledge. They're still there and driving me crazy. How do I get rid of them? Anyone have any luck with PlastiX?

I'll post a picture tomorrow when its light out.

If the windows are like most soft top windows be very careful not to scrub them. They will scratch extremely easy. Almost impossible to keep soft top windows scratch free.

Maguires makes a series of polishes for plastic windows. Planes, boats, or Jeeps.
They have several polishes depending on how scratched the plastic is. Also a non abrasive cleaner to use when polishing isn't needed.
I used these products on boat plastic flexible window for years. Only thing I found that ever worked.

They may not be from washing and could be hydraulic fluid that leaked from the transportation truck to the dealer. This will not be able to washout with soap and water and will need to be polished out of the plastic and even then, it will be hard to remove but it can be done.

Tip for washing the windows: use only cold water with a mild soap, and wash from side to side, NOT up and down. Then you can use a plastic polish to try and buff them out or even to just to keep your windows clear of Scratches.

Is there any expectation that someone will come out with aftermarket glass windows for the soft top?

I have always used ammonia free glass cleaning foam and never had any side effects from using this stuff as long as it was ammonia free.

I picked up my JL tonight and it had vertical stains on all 3 soft windows (like something dripping from the roof). Dealer said their detail guy could not get them out. I think he was expecting me to accept that but needless to say they are ordering new windows.

That's good to hear, Rick12785. You definitely should expect this be to addressed. Let me know if an added layer of assistance is needed.

First of all, NEVER go through an automated car wash with a soft top.

Second, accept that they will get scratched over the years.

Third, the NOVUS 3 step system that was posted is great. I used it on extremelly heavily scratched windows on a TJ, and well it didnt work a miracle, there was a remarkable difference. If used from Day 1 the windows would be kept fairly clean.

Mine has these vertical stains, in all likelihood its from sitting on a lot somewhere waiting to be transported to the dealer. I am taking my it to the dealer this week to have this looked at. Is this something you can further assist me with to ensure it's handled properly?

After washing mine yesterday I tried PlastiX which didn't work.

I took mine to the dealership yesterday to have the stains on my windows looked at. I got a call today that Jeep is replacing all three soft top windows.
