Hi All,

I wanted to share my build in case other Sahara owners out there need more input. And more pictures never hurt anyone!

2019 JLU Sahara 2.0 Punkn Orange
Rough Country Spare Tire Bracket
Teraflex performance spacer ST1 w/bump stops
Steer Smarts Yeti front adjustable track bar
Teraflex HD rear adjustable track bar
JKS quicker disconnects
Fox 2.0 shocks 0-1.5
Toyo AT3 285/75r17
Icon Rebound wheels with -6 offset
Mopar lift LCA’s - Caster is at 4.8, surprisingly it drives fantastic! I thought I’d need more caster/adjustables.

The ST1 kit definitely fixed the rake and gave me just the right amount of lift I was looking for.

both adjustable track bars are fantastic and keep my axles lined up and steering straight.

I’ve had the quicker disconnects before on my jk and know they are great, although there was some trimming involved on the passenger side frame.

I’ve seen a lot of comments on the Fox 2.0 shocks with both positive and negative reviews, but they ride way better than stock and soak up the Maryland holes in the road just fine. I decided to go with the 0-1.5 because I know I won’t be doing any hardcore rock crawling and I have smaller springs than a rubi. I definitely prefer them over the stock shocks and my previous bilstein (aside from tuned ones from AEV).

Toyo tires - man, this was a TOUGH one. I was definitely a BFG fan, but these Toyos run more true to size and are actually quieter. I was really torn between 315/70 or 285/75. I ended up with the 285/75 and I’m so glad I did. Still a C load and you can barely tell the difference next to a 315. I’d recommend either brand, but I also wanted more clearance, so I went a little smaller.

Icon rebound wheels - Not much to say, they look awesome, I love titanium and the black contrast. They are a -6 offset so they do stick out a tiny bit, but not by much.

Mopar lift LCA’s - brought the Jeep’s caster back to the stock feeling, if not better. I see no reason to go higher to over 5 or 6 caster with only a leveling kit. Although, I can see how maybe on Rubi springs you would need an adjustable pair.

First photo is a before.

Next up will be learning my new Tazer Mini and figuring out which side steps/guards to get. I am not a fan of these OEM ones.

Lovely build ! the caster value really stumped me.. even after longer LCAs.. wondering if this has anything to do with weight of materials up front + the plusher sahara springs wanting to squish out

Thank you for the tire upclose picture :) I am getting my open country at3s installed first week of september and I was wondering which sidewall to pick as outer. Your pic made the decision for me !

Looking forward to seeing more pics from your rig in the future :)

I can't imagine not using adjustable lca's on the mopar lift. I think they are perfect for the small spacer lift though.

Glad I could help with your decision! Can't go wrong with the Toyos.

Nice build! We have the Teraflex spacer lift and the mopar lca as well. Been heavily considering the fox 2.0 shocks for the ride quality. We have some cheap bds nitro nx2 shocks for now because at the time I wasn’t sure if we were going to do shocks but the shop insisted we do.

they ride pretty rough on the road though

havent broken the 2.0’s in enough to recommend them yet, only Have about 200 miles on them. They are def better than stock. The best shocks will always be tuned or adjustable, I just didn’t want to throw a ton of money at it yet. Still very enjoyable. Def more firm on road, great off road.

You thought about powder coating or painting that “beadlock” orange.
Idk I think it would look sick

I’d need someone with good photoshop skills to show me what it would look like first lol. Gotta save up for better side steps and bumpers too.

Different wheels, but I love the look. I used Mopar paint:

Good to know. We love how much better it handles on the road, much less body roll. But you definitely feel the bumps lol
