How many 392 owners have a second JL wrangler? I’m going back and forth on if I should also keep my 2018.

Any possible use for two? If not insurance, license and maintenance on two, to drive one. If the 18 is a 2dr it gets bonus points towards keeping.

besides the 392 I have a '20 JLU with 124K miles on it. It is my daily and consistently gets >20mpg. It is the most trouble free vehicle I've ever owned. Never a rattle, burned out bulb; just great service. The max cool setting on A/C is much appreciated with our heat wave!

Great topic. Went back-and-forth myself. Have a 2019 two-door Rubicon Mojito! 8K miles Non e torque 3.6 V6 auto. Absolutely love it. But ever since the 392 came out been licking my chops over that V-8. Not a big fan of the full-time four-wheel-drive but it’s a small price to pay. Just recently decided keep 2 door get four-door 392. Figure could always sell one but could never replace them later.

You will be amazed at how different these two vehicles are. The two door feels quick and agile, turn around in the road without 3 point turn, doesn't like the freeway that much, will run as fast as you like but not the relaxed planted feel at 80mph that you'd like. The 392 is a straight driving well planted vehicle, relaxed run on the freeway while daydreaming! The power and sound is almost intoxicating. This from a guy that has had his share cars with plenty of horsepower, including C5 and C6 Z06s.

My 2018 has never had any issues and is built just right for the trails. I was thinking of using that for the trails that are thin and let the kids do what kids do in that one. And the 392 use for open trails beach and regular driving around.

We do not have a 2nd Jeep. We have the 392 for Jeep purposes, an F-250 4x4 for truck duties, a Ford Expedition Platinum 4 wheel drive for luxury, and a F500 4x4 based Rv for traveling.

Getting ready to order a 2023 392 to compliment our 2021 392. The new one will be for my lovely Mrs., because she absolutely loves driving the 2021. Will have a bit different setup in regards to the top, but fundamentally still the same.

I currently own Pain Train, a 2019 Insurance buy-back that I'm building up, and I have a 392 on order.

Pain Train is a 4dr to 2dr conversion and the 392 is obviously a 4dr. They'll compliment each other well and serve 2 different purposes.

Pain Train rollover on trail = no crying
392 rollover on trail = cry a lot

Yep - Two Hydro blue 392's - here's a pick from last week (Drummond Island, MI). Regular 392 pulling the XR out of a tank trap. Good times...

Not a JL, but a JT in case I need to do truck things.

Yup. Still have my 20 Punkin' JLUR. Wife tends to use it now to take the dogs to the walking trails in the area, which is a bit of a pity, because it's definitely built for the trails. But damn, the 392 is utterly intoxicating to drive. I just can't stay out of it.
