Finally got them and the lift on today. I’m not really happy with it so I’m going to figure out what I want or need to change.

Those wheels look great! Did you have them painted gun metal, or did they come that way? I'm only seeing matte black on their website.

I respect you aren't happy w/ them, but IMHO those are some of the nicest wheels I've seen on a JL yet. 1st wheels I've seen that would make me consider changing from stock.

What did I do today? Blew the cap off the coolant overflow tank. Thankfully on the road to my house where I could coast in. She's at the dealer now getting checked out

Out with the factory, in with the "Magnaflow Street Series Stainless Dual Exit Axle-Back Exhaust".

Very easy to fit this back box, I didn't even need to jack the Jeep up, just crawled underneath.

The sound is low, subtle, I like it. And the matte black twin exit looks pretty good too.

I painted them originally but could not get flake to look good in some areas so I had them powder coated. They are only offered in matte black.

Thank you, I am happy with the wheels. I spent a lot of time and money getting them the way I wanted after looking at what seemed like hundreds of wheels.

The part I am not happy with is the lift. I should have known better but I could not find much in the way of 1.5” springs. They ended up being almost 3”. I definitely was not expecting that. It looks goofy with a 35” tire to me and to boot it rides and drives like crap. I think the springs are too firm. I’m looking at some options but this kit needs to go.

Clayton and Eibach both make 1.5" springs. And if the rest of the kit is adjustable, you could probably just replace the springs and be where you want.

Oracle reverse lights.

How was he install. Mine just arrived the other day, want to tackle them in the next couple of days. Wiring difficulties?

I used the plug & play adapter that Oracle makes so it was super easy! The only issue was fitment of the driver side light in the steel bumper. I had to grind a bunch off the light & repaint it to get it to fit. Apparently Oracle has done a redesign but I was sent the old style.
