Looking to see 37s and what lift you are running them with - with pics!

Learning that the factory height of 4xes differs from our non-4xe brethren, I am curious how things are shaping up.

I’m a “minimal lift” kind of guy aesthetically, just want enough for full clearance with 37s.
the first pic is my 4xe on stock suspension with 37s BFG KO2s. The second pic is same wheels/ tires on the 3.5” MetalCloak Gane Changer lift.

My turn to play (finally after being deployed for 4 months). Maxxis Razr A/T's in 37x12.5R17 with Rocktrix RT115 17x9 -12mm. No lift currently, that's going on in the next couple of days. Threw in an extra shot for comparison between stock 33's vs the 37's incase anyone is curious. This combo is roughly 104lbs per corner but so far I can't say that it's really made driving around town drastically worse or different. 4xe definitely has the guts to handle it on stock gears. I'm heading to Moab mid May so we'll see if my opinion changes after that.

Lift installed! Took my time and tried to be as thorough as possible to ensure no issues. Very pleased with the result. Lift comes courtesy of AEV in the form of their 2" Spacer lift. Figured I would give the entire kit a whirl before I decided on upgraded shocks. Rides like stock apart from the obvious height difference. Didn't get any pics but full droop looks like I've got plenty of driveshaft clearance as is (should considering they throw this kit on JL350 packaged 4xe's from their conversion shop). Updated the reference photo for y'all as well (Stock, Stock + 37
s, 2" lift + 37's). Threw in a bonus photo next to a stock Badlands I parked next to today. Owner was a little salty over how much smaller his looked next to mine. :CWL: Actually gave me a better idea of just how much bigger the body is on the Bronco vs the Wrangler. Almost looks fat by comparison even with the factory 35's.

You’ll like the MC lift, very happy with ours.
Only had it on for a few hours but love it so far. Feels like a real lift. Nice height and no difference in ride quality. Posted in the other thread but here are pics including when I had the mopar 2 in lift which you can see I’ve gained almost 3 inches after swapping out the mopar 2 in for metal cloak 3.5..

Who knew a inch could make that big of a difference (that’s what she said)

So clearly that mopar 2 in was not 2 inches

Looks awesome my friend, got the same lift and very pleased all the way around. That Mopar 2" lift is a joke...

Question for everyone on 37s.

I have a stock 4xe rubicon that I daily drive for work. Often 2+ hours highway driving per day at 80mph.

The Jeep is already pretty squishy and I have to pay attention to keep it going straight. How much worse would the MetalCloak 2.5 kit + 37s make it? Not worried about range or mileage.

That depends on the kind of tire you plan to use and how much caster angle you dial in to the front axle. I’m on a 2” spacer lift with Mopar lift LCA’s which aren’t adjustable at all and I can cruise at 80 no problem with my 37” Maxxis Razr AT’s.

I have some 35" KO2s in my garage and I’m on the verge of getting some Baja Boss 37s instead, but I’m really curious about whether or not I’m going to hate the way they drive. Are those of you on 37s with a Rubicon finding that the 4.10 gears are just not enough to handle the size. Heck, how are they riding in the Sahara with their gears? The added torque may be the saving grace but I’m just not sure. I know I’m a perfect world we could just regear but since that’s limited on a 4xe, are you still happy with how it drives?

I'm absolutely fine with the way it drives. The 4xe is a torque monster and it has zero problems with it off the line. i came from a 3.6 sahara with 35's and it was ok. you can tell you loss power there but with the 4xe I honestly couldn't tell. my mph took a hit but i'm having too much fun to care.

Thank you, that makes me feel so much better. My wife, not so much!

I forgot to mention that I do have the hikeit installed. I can tell you that also made a difference. I can't really compare as I had it installed with my stock setup.
