Two weeks ago I was told that the Granite Crystal was holding up the build. I told her to change it to the New silver to be able to move on. Then to find out today it is being painted in the original granite. Very happy with that but obviously they have some serious issues especially in communication skills

I placed an order for a JLR on 5/3 but the paperwork shows no VIN or VON. Someone upthread said that indicates the dealer never placed an order, but Jeep emailed me on 5/4 to say the order had been received. Any idea what's going on?

I'll follow up with the dealer, but they've been a little flaky so I'm looking for a better picture of what's possible. (Not that I'm expecting my order to get built in the next few ~~days weeks~~ months (I hope).)

As long as Jeep emailed you, should be in the waiting room with the rest of us.

Question for anyone still reading this thread who has their Wrangler or is on to shipping.....How long after your estimated ship date (build date) was your build sheet/window sticker available?

No one seems to know where the f**k my Jeep is. It supposedly shipped a month ago. I’m only 500 miles from Toledo. This is a real shit-show! What a f**k’n screwed up process!

Ordered 15 oct 21. finished build, 31 mar 22. Still sitting in Toledo

UPDATE: jeep finally arrived at dealership in Ky! Shipped on the 11th, arrived 13th.

I'm thinking (hoping) that Jeep's estimated build date is somewhat accurate. There are, of course, a few anomalies where people get pushed back to D or C.

Here are some stats on the time between build sheet and window sticker. Basically an 80% chance of getting through that in a week. If you can avoid things that force your Jeep to go to the build vender then that should speed this phase up quite a bit.

Yep, that's the last line in the table. In theory I could age those where the build sheets were created after I started collecting this data. Note that yours was created before that.

8 weeks is a hell of a long time to be in that state. Nothing from Jeep about it?

Thank you. Build sheet and Inspection on March 17. Moved to JB April 25. Nothing from JC. They are clueless. Escalated but a lot of silence.

I thought that inspection would occur after JB. That's not the order? Inspection isn't last before shipping?
