My new JLUR finally showed up in Western Colorado yesterday, so I thought it would be nice to start a thread here where I can share selected photos from the adventures I frequently go on. Although I will be adding a couple minor modifications to this Jeep, my rock-crawling days are long behind me and I purposely get the Rubicon model so I can keep things simple and not have to do much to it since it will get me everywhere that I want to go as it is. I prefer to spend my time exploring the outdoors every chance I get rather than wrenching on my Jeep in the garage.

Ordered: 12-29-21
Window Sticker: 3-18-22
Delivered: 5-11-22

Here are a couple of quick photos taken with my phone yesterday when I got it home:

Saying goodbye to my 2016 JK at the dealer.

Nice congrats! How are you liking the JL compared to your old JK?
Well, I've only have it for less than 24 hours at this point, but I'm liking it so far. Biggest issue for me right now is less headroom (I'm 6'5"), but I have a set of Seat Slammers to install soon that will hopefully take care of that. I've got a week-long road trip to Arizona and New Mexico planned in just over a week that should give me an opportunity to put some miles on the new Jeep and see how I really feel about it!

Just want to verify you found the seat height adjustment. My 21 has an arm on the left side of the seat you push down to lower the seat. It helped for me.

Yes, my JK's had the same adjustment. The seats in the JL sit higher because of the larger transmission hump.

Your screen name sounded familiar back from our Naxja days. Congrats on the new rig!
