About the Jeep Wrangler Platform Racks:
The Wrangler roof racks are much more than just two crossbars. It is an entire roof rack platform that you can customize and set up for whatever your Jeep will need. No drilling is needed! It mounts directly by securely clamping to the drip rails along the sides of your Jeep (JK models also use the rear window brackets)

The crossbars are T-Slot and U-Bolt accessible for all of your mounting needs. Add a roof tent, cargo box, awning, gas/water cans, etc. The sky is the limit with the versatility of these racks!

We have two different lengths available for both the Jeep Wrangler JK and the newer Jeep Wrangler JL:

Dimensions: 5ft3in x 4ft7in
Rack weight: 58lbs

Full Rack Platform:

I know its a stretch, but do you know if this will work with the Bestop sunrider? The half rack obviously, but just wondering if you could fully open the sunrider with this installed? it appears from the pics you could shift it towards the back a bit to help clear if needed. Curious, looks like this might fill the bill for what i am looking for, hauling a couple of kayaks to the beach on occasion.

Second for compatibility with the bestop sunrider. Looks like a great option if it’s compatible.

My Antidote half rack is sitting in my garage just waiting for me to have some time to install it.

@Antidote Outdoors Any plans to release a wind diffuser? If not I'm going to start looking for an alternative solution.

I hope it is so low profile that you can't even remove the freedom panels. With a full rack, any plan to go topless, or panelless is out the door. I want as low profile as possible for air flow and every mm of lower CG counts.

Of course with a support bracket on the freedom panel on the full rack, the removeability is gone.

I am not the expert on the bestop sunrider but it should work just fine since we have had many customers purchase the half rack who had the same top. Best thing to do is to use the measurements of the half rack against how your current roof space.

What kind of testing was done to come up with those weight ratings?
we have done extensive research over the years in many different forms and have reached these numbers based on safety ratings. The rack is capable of much more weight however the big concern is your fiberglass roof. In all the units we have sold luckily we have not had any issues due to the weight distribution of the mounts.

the standard one is 3in taller than the tallest part of your jeep which is near the center.

I’m in love with mine, possibly getting the RTT installed this afternoon.

This looks great and just what I've been looking for. 3" overall is the big issue: will it allow me to pull my Mopar-lifted Wrangler into my 'standard' garage? That's the biggest question of all. Thanks for the pointer. Getting the tape measure out.
