March 2nd I received an email from Jeep Customer Care that stated based on our most recent information the vehicle should arrive at dealer the week of April 16th. There was a VIN attached as well. How much faith should I have in this date? I was figuring the process taking much longer.

Ok folks, just picked up our 2022 JLUR yesterday in Maryland. Ordered January 28th and arrived at dealer March 2nd, so 30 days total. Needless to say, we we amazed (as was the salesman) after being told it would probably take 4-6 months. Salesman said I must have hit the perfect combo of model, transmission, options at just the right time. There is hope!

I wouldn’t put too much faith in it. I’m on my second Jeep Wave eta and I’m not seeing how it’s going to make this one. I’m waiting for my second pushed back eta any day now.

These updates are a real emotional roller coaster ride. Remember that saying “a little suffering is good for the soul”? Jeep provides…haha….Or the song “I get knocked down, but I get up again…”. Wait, what am I thinking, I’m the old guy here. You guys won’t recognize those references. But I too got the emailed eta promise for 4/17 and ordered 2/4. Luckily there is much more help and good reads from the fine folk here to pass the time. Appreciate you all.

I'll owe you all treats from the snack cart for waiting if I show on that train. I was "all parts gathered" last week, but so far no build sheet. Being sadly hopeful I'll be done in time to hop the train.

April 16th is probably your build start date.
