Got a personal view of these yesterday! Was tossing around which I would want... the Punk’n claims metallic clear coat.. I had a very hard time seeing it!!! They may as well have made it regular clear coat!! Ocean Blue on the other hand.. just wow!!!

I believe I’ve made my decision on a color.... Blubicon!!!

That Punkin almost looks Hemi Orange...

Both great colors though. :like:

Now, I'll take my leave and head back over to the Firecracker Red corner of the room...:bandit:

I have always been an "orange" fan.
Had an Sunset Orange Metallic Avalanche
Have an Inferno Orange Metallic Camaro SS
Just turned in a lease on a Cayenne Sierra.

That being said, I love Punk'n but the more I see Ocean Blue, I'm swayed more towards the ocean. The red accents on the Rubicon don't really go with either though.

And now, after this post...my vote still goes to Mojito. (But Ocean>Punk'n)

Both colors look great, but I think I'm leaning towards the blue.

Maybe it's your camera, or maybe it's my PC monitor, but those pics of Punk'n look almost identical to my Firecracker.

Also, Ocean Blue appears to me to be Blue Streak Pearlcoat renamed Ocean Blue for use on the JL Wrangler. That has been my favorite FCA color over the last 5 years or so.

I'm in the 'need to be different' category. Ocean is definitely a great color, but I can see three vehicles that color on my street looking out the front window! Would have actually preferred Mojito, but want my Jeep to arrive this year.... So ordered Punk'n last week. Thanks for posting the closeups.

Can not argue with Mojito! Just wish we could seen it live and in person...it is much easier to bond with that way!

If the Punk'n in its final form had looked more like the renders from the site and past marketing materials, that would have been it for me, hands down. However, in its final form I cant stand it. Ocean Blue for me all the way.

Yeah the renders all made it look like Mango Tango, which is one of the best colors ever put on a Jeep.

However, Punk'n is most certainly nothing like Mango Tango, or Crush for that matter. It's like a dull "burnt orange" from a 1980s Crayola box.

Here's the Punk'n photo from above, compared to my Firecracker photo the day I brought mine home. There isn't as much difference as I would have expected to see between the two.

Like the Punk'n, not a fan of the Ocean Blue... it reminds me of "old" colors. I think I had a 1990's Taurus in that color 25 years ago.

Ditto. Plus seeing the Punk'n with painted fenders and black top it didn't move me. Now Ocean Blue in the same configuration blew me away. Ocean Blue, painted fenders, black hard to and soft top for me.

Good thing they make lots of colors so that we can all choose the one we like ;) okay, so maybe not lots... anyway, I was the opposite. Didn't like the Punk'n render at all and was going Ocean until I saw the live pics! Also wanted to stand out in the crowd since they've sold almost as many Wranglers as Camrys last month. Gotta go with black fenders and hardtop since it is a Rubicon after all.

I see that there is a Punk'n color Rubicon at the dealership near me. I think I will go see it today. List price is $57,940. Holy cow it has just about every option.
