392XR order date Aug 19… Just spoke with my dealer this morning and was informed I’m scheduled for build week of Dec 6, which may be the final week of 2021 production. There was a previous Stellantis memo stating MY 22 day 1 build is Dec 9; this has been bumped to Dec 14. As always these dates are subject to change.
Here’s the kicker: 2022 392 XR’s will most likely not be delivered prior to July or Aug, and could very well be delayed until Oct. apparently there’s a huge demand right now for specialty vehicles like the 392 and TRX.
I understand that this info could be 100% incorrect. I just wanted to share what I’ve been told.

I stopped at my dealer yesterday and was told my build date was bumped up to December 14 also.
He had shown me prior orders for the 392 XR`s and they were roughly 3 weeks late. No more coming by special carrier either, even if I wanted to pay for it, it`s getting put on the train and when ever it gets here who knows. I am enjoying driving my current 392 but I just wish there were different drive modes like my Raptor had. I can not wait to drive it with the 4:56 gearing, it should really wake it up

Didn’t do a custom order but snagged a dealer inventory 392XR about a week before it arrived. Got it Friday afternoon, put on a winch, 25w radio, and onboard air over the weekend. Drove it to MO and broke it in today in Mark Twain National Forest.

Call me stupid on this one, I am going to call the dealer tomorrow, but I know it was the first day that you were able to order the 392 XR .
I ordered the exact same Jeep as I have now, the only additions were the Gorilla glass and the XR package. I plan on getting a different tire carrier because the Mopar one does nothing for the hinges. Right now my 35" sits on the bumper ever so slightly that it keeps it from flexing the tailgate.

I just called the dealer and their system is down, I should know by this afternoon when the order date was and also what stage it is at, so far all I have is the VIN. Is it possible to get information from Jeep? I still feel stupid for not knowing the order date, but I did order it over the phone if that makes up for lacking paperwork
