Do you notice much loss in power or acceleration with your lift and 35s?

I have been doing some research on the Mopar 4xe lift, and it seems that those who have Sahara models achieve more net lift than those with Rubicons. The lift kit part number is exactly the same for the Sahara and the Rubicon, and since the Rubicon comes standard with more lift than a Sahara, it makes sense that the Rubicon would realize less lift than the Sahara. I was pretty disappointed when I realized this, since I was ready to buy the Mopar lift (with only the addition of a front adjustable track bar and rear track bar relocation bracket). Now I think it is not worth $1600 for only 1 inch of lift. I plan to have steel LOD bumpers front and rear, along with a winch, so with Mopar I would probably end up with no net lift at all. I wanted the Mopar lift to keep from voiding parts of my factory warranty (and to keep from spending 3K + on a full aftermarket kit), but unfortunately I will have to consider other options.

As of this date, only Jeep Mopar has a lift (2 inches) for the Wrangler 4Xe PHEV!
Got it installed and very impressed with the Fox shocks, however, the height increase is very subtle and between the Nitto tires 315/70/17 (34.4 inches) and the lift, I think I gained about 2.5 inches overall. Thoughts?!!!

Looks perfect to me! I'd love to see it in person as I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this. I'm also in OC.

Thought id post this.
@baskiboat already had this happen. heres the thread. Some useful info. Help, my Jeep shrunk 😪 | Jeep Wrangler Forums (JL / JLU) - Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, 4xe, 392 - JLwranglerforums.com

I've also watched youtube on this issue and noticed this video where they have added shocks for spacer lift as well as the driveshaft mentioned in this thread. The Trials and Tribulations of Lifting a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE - YouTube

As much as i want 37s, i think I fully set my mind on going with 35s for time being. Too much $ to upgrade in order to use 37s. Will save for now and wait till a proper kit comes out.

Your jeep looks great!

Here's mine with mopar lift + 2" tereflex spacers added on 37 bfg's. Driveshaft clears at full droop. Articulation is perfect for me and the ride is better than stock.

Just when I thought I was sure to be out of 37s game he brings me back in with these pics. Dammit. I was going to send the payment for 35s and the wheels tomorrow morning.

Youre looking at old threads and videos. Several kits were released last fall.

That looks about perfect. I am running stock with a set of wheels and tires from an xtreme rubicon, slight rub flexed. Maybe I get the Mopar and enjoy it until I’m ready for 37’s when these tires are done and just add the spacers then.
what are your full suspension mods and are your shocks limiting your travel or do you have extensions? Thanks

The Mopar lift is not the best for the money. It's a 2" lift that gets most regular Jeeps more than 2" net gain. However, for the 4xe, most people have reported it only netting them 1" of lift. It is probably due to the weight of the vehicle, but for the amount of money you're spending, you're better off going with Clayton, Evo or Metalcloak.

I have the Mopar lift, Teraflex 2" spacers with the rear Teraflex 1/2" leveling spacer. The Teraflex 2" kit is actually 2" in front and 1.5 in the back. I opted to add the leveling .5 inch to do an even 2" all around.

I have no other modifications to my suspension. I would assume that the shocks are the limiting factor as I have no extensions.

I would not replicate my lift on purpose. While I'm happy with the results, if I started completely over I would install a non-mopar kit, probably the MC one.
