Why not lol

Still waiting to pick mine up, it's at the dealer, so I ordered rokblokz mudflaps. I owned a set for my 2014 Ford focus st and I can say they are worth the money. They don't crack or get brittle in -40C and provide large coverage

I spent some time preparing for winter weather…

I changed the oil, filled the washer fluid, new wiper blades, rotated the tires, and took apart the rear drivers side parking brake to diagnose the squealing I am getting every time I back up. I should have taken pictures… There was a lot of rust in there. I hit everything with a wire brush really good and hit it with some chemical rust converter. I am thinking my parking brake is misaligned also. The rotor came right off on the drivers side but the passenger side was solidly engaged. That’s why I saved it for another day haha.. lastly…my parking brake is popping on engagement again. Pretty awesome.

not much today, just a wash. Possibly the last hand wash of the season, that water was COLD!!!
But I did change the oil and do a tire rotation on my parents 4 door JL. I know, blasphemy to speak of 4 doors here haha!

yeah the rokblokz are pretty sweet. Love how quick to remove for wheeling.
Congrats on the new Jeep! Post some pics when you get it.

Sadly, not much. Weather took a really nasty turn on us today, so I didn't get my diff and shock skids installed.

I did however buy a set of the front Fox 2.0 shocks, just need to buy a set for the rear now....Hell, not even 700 miles on it yet, I like the feel of the Rubicon shocks, and I'm still getting ready to put new shocks in it. *laughs*

BFG 37x12.50 KO2's load range 'C' just installed...Overall I like the tires but what I am not thrilled about is the fact they are noticeably narrower than the 35" KO2's. (315/70R17) Honestly if I knew when I ordered them (have had them since they first came out but held up by backordered Dana parts...) they were not nearly as wide as my 35's, I probably would not have bought them. I really think that for the 2-door JL's a 35" tire is probably the sweet spot. In Arizona (sand and rock mostly) the wider contact patch of the 35" KO2's is a plus...

Also after installing the 2.5" Metalcloak springs, her ass end is now up in the air:mad: The front sits level side to side (installed a 1/2" Teraflex spacer on passenger front) and is the correct height-so at least I don't have to zipper the front end yet again! She did not sit high in the rear with either the stock Rubi suspension or with the Mopar lift...After installing new rock rails, I will deal with her ass end...
BTW, in the picture below the parking lot slopes up for drainage...
