Looks good. Stupid question - you haven’t torqued down yet in this pic correct?Only 20 mins on 2nd rear skid. Experience helped. lol Thought about painting red to match Rancho skid but NAAAAA.
With me no question is stupid. I removed tools already. The front skids will wait another day or maybe later today. Torqued both skids to the #190 instructions said. That's another thing. Without lift like Jelly (Roky) that big ass Torque wrench (2 feet long) is tough using. I ordered from Home Depot but didn't know it was that big.Looks good. Stupid question - you haven’t torqued down yet in this pic correct?
I just used a big screwdriver to align things. No jack or anything needed.I will need to wedge that shock in place so I can just slide bolt out and right back in without shock moving. ??????????????
Tire irons work pretty good for that in my opinion. Just be quick about flipping the bolt before it slips back out. Oh you have those skids now, its gonna be tougher to get something in there lolI will need to wedge that shock in place so I can just slide bolt out and right back in without shock moving. ??????????????
Is that fried Bologna ? I love fried bologna sandwiches. Little miracle whip. Reminds me when my Nannie made them when I was kid. Finally one of the kids wanted to spend time with good old Mom and Dad!!!
But the catch was we had to bring the cat ... he's moody!
We had a great time...
We even had fried bologna for breakfast.....
Was a beautiful morning
Looks like the skid will help wedge shock better. Maybe.Tire irons work pretty good for that in my opinion. Just be quick about flipping the bolt before it slips back out. Oh you have those skids now, its gonna be tougher to get something in there lol

The front ones were even more fun. Worth it though. Also, I did paint mine to match the Rancho stuff, so I'm kind of glad you didn't.Well one hour later have my 1st Rear Hard Rock LCA skid installed. 3 more to go.
