I will be swapping my eco-diesel rubicon suspension for a 392 suspension soon. it looks like I should net between 1" and 1.5" lift from that. I would have done it by now but having some unexpected health issues that have slowed me down.

eventually ill move to a larger lift, but want to see how well this works for a year or so on 35s before I move to 37s etc.

i will post my takeoffs for sale once swap is completed.

Any chance you could measure the free length of the springs. Compare the height's.

I will take measurements of everything off the 392 suspension once I pick it up.

Do you happen to have the stock diesel JLUR measurements? I would like to make sure its actually taller before I pull mine apart. If its not taller springs ill just swap shocks.

@Kevin Mojito what lift height would you expect with the 3.0 diesel (601 & 667) springs on a 2.0L non etorque Rubicon? I would really love to find a set of these for a decent price and snag a cheap inch or so...

I think my 2021 eco-diesel rubicon actually came with the 2.0 rubicon springs. built at the end of July, I have actually noticed quite a few diesel rubicon take offs are listing these same part part numbers. thats why the 392 spring swap is so appealing to me for a bit more lift.

My JLUR on the scale 5100 lbs. Stock 3660AC / 3661AC springs with 2.5 spacer.
Fender height pre winch
Driver - 44 1/4
Pass - 43 3/4
After winch
Driver - 43 1/4
Pass - 43 1/2

JLUR 3.0 3667AC springs Removed 1/2 spacer, now at 2" spacer same winch set up.
Driver - 44 1/4
Pass - 44 1/2

Free spring height
3660AC - 18 1/4
3661 AC - 18 3/4
3667AC - 19 1/4

This info is back on page 2 or 3 . The New 2021 3.0 are coming with the 2.0 springs. I have not tried the those yet. I can only comment on the 2020 667 AC springs.

what size tires, and exactly where did you measure from? I will try amd get the same measurements from mine.

really surprised at how nice the 2021 diesel with the 2.0 spring rides, but it is a much smaller spring and wont handle weight well. I have a feeling the 392 takeoffs on mine will be a decent lift.

mine is 100% stock now. (33" tires as well) measured at the center rivet.
front driver 38 1/4" bottom of fender, 40" fender split
front passenger 38 1/4" bottom of fender, 40" fender split
rear driver 39" bottom of fender, 40 3/4" fender split
rear passenger 39" bottom of fender, 40 3/4" fender split

10 3/4" top center of axle tube to bottom of spring perch.

I have painted fenders. I measure at the seam black lip to color. That's with a BFG 315.

I'm a few cocktail's in............. Better to answer tomorrow 🍻

Hi, I got a rubicon suspension from a rubicon with a diesel engine with tow package and steel bumpers with sky touch.
The spring numbers are
68253665AD
68253665AD
68253601AA
68253601AA

Im going to use the 3665ad for the front
And then 3601aa for the rear then put a 3/4 spacer lift on the rear?

I just finished doing the swap on my 2019 Sahara 2.0T.

Original fronts:
3659AC 3660AC

New fronts:
3668AD (both)

Original rears:
3588AA 3589AA

New rears: 3601AA (both)

Caster before: 90.8°
Caster after: 91.8°

(I didn’t change the LCAs)

I gained 2.08 inches on front height and 1.25 inches on rear height. This worked out perfect since I was 0.75 inches higher on rears before and this balanced it out. It’s sitting level now. (Also threw on the Gladiator Fox shocks for giggles.) The ride is sooo much better. It’s hard to explain…before it was kinda jarring going over bumps but now it’s a lot smoother. These are the “after” pics. I didn’t take befores.

Where can I get a set of these springs if I can't find takeoffs?
