I’d be surprised if they would be willing to mount the tires on stock wheels at all. Tires that wide aren’t recommended on wheels as narrow as stock.
Yes, another good point. Obviously people still do it, but it’s out of most tires specs.

The manufacturer specifies a minimum width of 8.0 inches on those tires.
I started to realize that as I was researching.

I've spent like 5 hours tonight learning tire sizes again. It's been a few years. I've been playing around with what sizes are available and what will make the most sense. I think I came to the conclusion that 255/80/17 is the best option to keep the width the same on the wheels and still get a ~33 in tire. Bfg makes a 34x10.5x17 but at $403 a tire it just doesn't seem like the best buy for an additional inch. I can get 255/80's for under $300 a tire, only bad part is no Ko2's.

Considering it'll be in snow a lot I also decided that a narrow tire would also give better snow traction. I went full adhd hyper focus on this (if you know you know what that means).

From what's available in that size I'm leaning discovery st or wildpeak at3. I've never ran toyo or nitto.

Stock Willys are 255/75/17. Going to 255/80 isn’t going to be a big jump. Visually you might not even notice.
285/75/17 is closer to 34, and popular as a “pizza cutter” option. I believe this forum has a whole thread on that size. Also available in KO2 since you mentioned that in your last post.
works on stock wheels and shouldn’t have any rubbing or width issues with the Mopar Lift.

I think you're right on the money with that size for what I want if that wide will work on the stock wheels without any issues I was trying to stay narrow

285/75/17 is a 33.8x11.25x17
255/80/17 is a 33x10x17
255/75/17 stock is a 32x10x17

285 option does open up to a lot of other tire options that is for sure and roughly $10 a tire cheaper for wildpeaks

Go check out the 35 x 11.15 x 17 toyo open country at3- you get a true 35 that will work on the stock wheels.
Love mine.

Called another dealer, they haven't ever had an issue with the lift. So I am feeling very scammed here...

I would assume incompetence before malice. Ask them which bolt.
