Finished gutting and chopping my Sport flares last night. A few finishing touches and I'll be able to get it put back together with the new liners and hope everything doesn't fall off on the highway.

Also pretty pleased with how my trailer wiring relocation turned out:

Pre-fender chop pic of the new @CavFab_mfg micro bumper... Do you guys think the red bolts look cheesy?

My American Adventure Lab VersaTable showed up today and I couldnā€™t wait to get it installed! I ordered a powder coat color to match the Hydro Blue pearl coat of my JLUR and I am in love! Install was pretty simple and everything looks great with the wiring tucked away and hidden. One of my favorite installs yet! šŸ˜

Looks awesome. I've had one on order since the beginning of June...and still waiting. How long was your wait? For the light, did you tap into the 12v adapter in the cargo area? How hard was it?

Put AEV 2.5 inch lift on today. Rides nice. But since Iā€™ve not added all the extra planned weight Im sitting 3.5 inches higher than before lift. Guess adding +300 lbs of gear and 400 lbs of people will compress a little bit.

Got my GMRS radio stealth installed. My first location for the handset didnā€™t work, had to lower it. But Iā€™ll use that first hole for a on/off rocker switch, as I used the always on (battery) connection, as itā€™s a pain to have to turn the radio on every time I stop and turn off the ignition.

Thanks for checking in! Stock rims, which you figured out and Nitto Ridge Grapplers sized at 295/70r18. I really wanted to get the KO2ā€™s but they were not available for 3 months minimum! The Nittos are quiet on the road and I chalk tested them and found that 29-30 lbs seem to have a decent wear pattern.
I wasnā€™t sure what to do for a lift as my wife is 5ā€™ so I threw on a 2.5ā€ Rough Country spacer lift to see if it was going to work for her.......and me as I wasnā€™t sure of the height I wanted.

So far, I am happy with the lift but will probably go with AB better quality one down the road.

Ask away if you need more info.
Thanks, so you have 2.5 inches at all 4 corners, thinking those 295/70 r18 would be a bit too much on stock suspension, for various reasons I am looking to leave mine stock height, at least on the back end, I might do like 1.5 inch on the front as a level kit, I will probably be sticking with 33's. Thanks for getting back to me! great looking rig you have there!

Started adding Halloween decorations to the Jeep today. Should open some eyes when looking in the rear view mirror

Can't wait until mine delivers. Where did you wire the light to? Thanks in advance.
I wired the light up to the 12v outlet on the rear driver side. I ended up running the wire underneath the trim panels in the back so itā€™s out of the way and not exposed. Not a problem!

Thanks! Its definitely a waiting game. I ordered mine at the end of May and got a message in August saying that the order was finally being created after they received all the components. The powder coat added some time to the process so it was finally ready to ship Sept. 16th. Itā€™s definitely worth the wait though!
Yes, thats exactly where I tapped the wire into. It was pretty simple. To me the hardest part was taking off the trim panels in the back to get to the 12v on the driver side. Just took my time and didnā€™t break any plastic tabs so Iā€™m calling that a win. The wire for the light is plenty long enough to get to the driver side and once itā€™s tapped into the outlet, itā€™s just a matter of tucking it away and avoiding pinching it when putting the trim panels back on.

Yes, 2.5ā€ in all corners. Here is what it looked like without a lift.
