@Dieselfumes57 Were you aired down? Doesn't look like it. And did you try and roll the tires aired down with steering locked in either direction? I like those M/T tires, I may upgrade to those exact tires.

This was fins and things in Moab. The first trail with the new tires. Before the trip was over I went through a good bit in Moab, 2 weeks worth in the san juans, New Mexico, Arkansas, Wyoming and a few other places. Total about 1800 miles of off-road. I found the sweet spot in the lower 20s to get the best ride and keep the sway bar disconnecTed with the tazer. At full stuff the rear would barely touch just a little. That’s all I noticed.

I finally broke down and got the MC 3.5 GC. I haven't had much of a chance to take it off road yet, but it's a coming. I have 315 cooper on it but will get 37 once these tires wear out. I drive over 100 miles a day and go from sea level to 6,000 every day. The only time that the jeep downshifts to 7th is on the mountain road and a steep section of the highway. No need for regearing.

I have the EcoDiesel Rubicon on the way. I understand that it sits a little higher than the rest.
Do the 35" KO2s rub with low psi? Say 20psi? Full flex, steer locked in either direction? I don't really want new wheels or lift, while under the 3 year warranty. Been searching all throughout the forum to find this answer.

I haven't had any rubbing and been as low as 17. Plenty of flex time too.

Lots of posts with 35s and no lift that conflict on rubbing at full flex/lock, first with the gas engine, now with the diesel. Does anyone know for sure? Do you have photos on the bumpstops to verify you’re fully flexed? Wheel offset?

The front articulation seems to have been reduced by 0.5 inch on the diesel:

So, maybe the 35s are ok with the stock suspension???

One thing is certain, my stock diesel sits at the same height as the gasser.

35's with a 1" teraflex spacer up front due to winch sag. 2021 JLURD with AEV Borah's. I've had it at full flex since and no rubbing.

Today I just put 285/70/17s on which is a 33” and I have no rubbing on stock suspension. So, if you go 315s you’re not going to be rubbing much. It would definitely be drivable while you decided on whether to get new wheels with a different offset or just use spacers. I don’t like spacers but discount tire said they have no problem servicing cars with spacers. That surprised me because they have become very nit picky about what they’ll touch for liability reasons. They even sell 1/4 spacers but no larger and they won’t stack them.

I think spacers also earned a bad rep because people used them on hub centric wheels. I may have this backwards so double check me, but I think spacers are actually fine on lug centric wheels but you definitely shouldn’t use them on hub centric wheels.

Here is my Sahara Ecodiesel with 35” yokahomas, no rubing before adding the rear anti rock sway bar, rubs with it.

What are those wheels? Are they factory?

No problem, they are the Quadratic Morphic wheels, they’re a copy of the Willys wheels, but 17x8.5 instead of 17x7. And better backspacing for larger tires.
