As soon as I got home from work, decided to finish changing the rear bumper and the gobi rack. Expecting a storm this weekend, so better now than later.

I went with the Smittybilt XRC GEN2 Rear Bumper for the solid build, hitch platform and able to easily stand on. Changing the battery location was a pain, but may be able to relocate with gobi ladder “we’ll see”
This weekend, depending on the storm, will work on electric system.

1 is probably ok, they come in 4 packs for $59 so 2 + 6 worked out. I used a short self tapping screw into the hood vent. Plastic and room so you can’t accidentally put a screw through the hood.
thanks for the info. i'll have to look into it.

Very nice. I know you have a sport, but what headlights and taillights do you have?

Installed the new rubi wheels thanks to @vegasblue

I upgraded my 2.5 lift on my eco-diesel yesterday do to 1.5 inch sag that was caused by all the weight added to the jeep. I installed rock krawler 3.5 inch lift and got back the ride and height.
Also bought some teraflex spacer kits if I get any future sag they will be going in.

Great looking Jeep you've got there! Those sway links probably won't keep up with full, or even near full droop. Rock Krawlers no limits links are well worth the money. Their double heim joints will easily provide the misalignment needed when flexed and electronically disconnected.

Did a little off road driving bad stuff here lol. Storm damage. No power but no body was hurt and no damage to homes.

that really looks good. I was very disappointed when I went to the website and found out they don't make them yet for a two door. :(

I have the same setup currently until my CMM mirrors come next week.

Curious, what is that piece that you used to mount to the grab handle? I have everything else from the mirror and stem-back. Mine are attached to the fender with a 1” ball.

Its a Ram "Tough Claw" with a Ram Stick to the mirror. It allows me to remove the entire setup when parked so some SOB's don't swipe them !!

Looks great good job was it hard to install and what difference have you noticed
not a hard install. Just take a bit of time.

It’s maybe a tiny bit quieter but it certainly looks a lot better. I’m hoping it’ll help with the heat. I’ll report back on that.

Replaced the batteries. I started to get the start stop light sporadically this week. Apparently 20 months and 35k is too much for the AUX. It started to bulge some, took the opportunity to upgrade to the bigger main battery while I was in there. I went in through the top as I didn’t have any spare fender clips, it wasn’t too bad about 45 minutes.
