Yeah, I talked to them yesterday and they said it will be live this week.
Awesome will do. I think this will be about as tall as I wanted it anyways. Do you think it’ll be about the same price as the diesel kit?

I just wrapped up my install of a Clayton Off Road Overland Plus lift kit on our Wrangler 392, and I've got to say it has not only increased the look and function of the 392 but also the overall driveability of it! I went with their 2.5" lift kit which was technically designed for a Diesel Rubicon as far as spring rate etc. Now I should say, the 2.5" Lift rating is based off of a regular Rubicon, not a 392. So we weren't sure how much height we would actually gain over stock on a 392. In the end, this kit ended up netting me 1" in total height, and there was about a 1.5" gain at the front of the 392. I am being told they will have the 392 specific kit listed on their website this week. I kept the stock Fox Shocks because I like the bronze and am trying to keep the 392 specific parts on it for now. Also, I am running on 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers with the stock wheels.

If you are interested in the install process you can check out my video here:

Here's the pic I used for the video cover so you can see the stance:

Awesome video! I picked up a 392 takeoff suspension and I measured all the control arms and track bars. Everything is the same length as the regular rubicon except the springs, links and shocks. Based on your gains, I would asume I will gain 1.5-2” in my 4 cylinder rubicon, since it weighs around 430 pounds less than a 392.

Hmmm, I’ll have to put the Clayton lift on my list. I noticed in your video you did a brake kit. I’m hoping they’re not to bad. I ordered the 392 for my wife and she likes to complain that the brakes in my 3/4 ton silverado suck. Hopefully their better than that. 😬😬😬 keep the videos coming.
The stock brakes aren’t awful but they definitely don’t match up to the extra power of the big motor. The APB Big Brake Kit definitely made a big difference.

I don’t know the Mopar lift shock length, but I measured the 392 shock lengths at 24” up front and 27” rear when unbolted and at full length.

Yes, I’m expecting the exact same pricing as the diesel.

Thanks for the heads up. I’m going to take a serious look at this since they’re one of the first players to offer an entire kit. Last question do you think it was fine with the stock Fox suspension?

I see, I measured mine eye center to eye center and they measured 24.5”. Ive looked at the fox site and I can’t find a wrangler shock that is 24.5” extended if they measure them eye to eye. I just see a 0-1.5” shock that is 25.85” extended and the 2-3” shock that is 26.35” extended. It so happens that these 392 shocks measured ~26.40 end to end.

Looks great, on a slightly separate note, who makes those wheels?

Damn, they look good. Guess it’s time for me to hunt through the Mopar site to see if they are selling them.
There’s couple sets on FB 392 group for sale

Yeah, they are pretty badass. They are beadlock capable. Here is what the beadlock rings on them look like. Very nice-

I wish this was the design for 392 XR package.
