Haha exactly! I debated white when placing my order but couldn’t pass up on the Sarge green.
Sarge was a close 2nd. I almost bought a Sarge off the lot but they wouldn't budge. And Black wheels look sharp on Sarge, BTW.

Yeah... it can be extremely difficult to get a deal on a wrangler... especially a rubicon trim. I had a heck of a time too, but luckily I was able to acquire a discount through a friend. Almost bought a sarge rubi on a lot a few weeks back, but wanted to get it optioned out my own way, and now I’m glad that I did otherwise I would have missed out on the XR package! And I cannot wait to see what those rims look like on the sarge! I’m sure they will look excellent on a white JL as well!

Has anyone heard if there will be any associated changes to the interior with the addition of the Xtreme package?

So, I would rather have 2.0 on my XR Rubicon but Etorque was required when I ordered from Gupton. $1,750 option. Got my VIN, waiting on production hopefully in August. This morning the price for Etorque V6 is now $750. I mean, since we are still weeks away from production. I could still add options or take away before you get into D1. Why can't we get our Etorques at $750 instead of $1,750? Still the same engine. I know, I know. I sent a build and he gave me a quote. We agreed on it. I'm just saying :)

I have received this info in an email today from my dealer (hopefully the copy/paste works):

Well your request has been received and answered with a "YES"! This is the new Xtreme Recon package for rubicons. It's a $3,995.00 option and is starting production with this package in August. Here is all it comes with.
Xtreme Recon 35" Tire Package (AGB)
Details:
  • LT315/70R17C 113/110S Tires (TVC)
  • Dana M210 Wide HD Tube Front Axle (DJV)
  • 110mph Vehicle Max Speed Calibration (JJ3)
  • Wheel Flare Extensions (NLA)
  • MOPAR Tire Relocation Kit (XFP)
  • Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Perf Brakes (BR4)
  • 17x8.0 beadlock Capable Wheel (WFC)
  • MOPAR Jack Spacer (CXK)
  • 35" Tire Suspension (SDG)
  • MOPAR Hinge-Gate Reinforcement (XDB)
  • GVW Rating - 6100# (Z1M)
  • 4.56 Rear Axle Ratio (DMU)
Can anyone provide a part number for the Wheel Flare Extension (NLA) ?

probably old news by now, but it's new news to me...

the Xtreme Recon package is on the jeep.com build pages for JLUR wranglers. No 4.88 option that I could see yet though. If I were looking to buy a 4dr rubicon I'd probably go for this package over the Diesel option (can't get the xtreme with diesel for some reason).

I'm into 2dr though, so patiently waiting for 4.88 gearing option for manual 6spd 2dr rubicon.

build page photo's show the JLUR with Xtreme Recon's got those special bead-unlocks...

Rubicon 392-
Xtreme Recon 35-Inch Tire Package
$3,995

  • 17-Inch x 8.0-Inch Bronze Beadlock-Capable Wheel
  • 35-Inch Tire Rubicon 392 Suspension

For some reason it appears the non-392 gets performance brakes and heavy duty axle all while costing the same. Maybe a typo on the Jeep site but I hope they both get the heavy duty straight tube(non-FAD capable) axle and performance brakes for those bigger tires.

Is it just me or was anyone else really hoping for an all black set of mopar beadlocks? The ones depicted by mopar insiders were sweet and would have looked awesome on my sarge rubicon.... Not so sure about the grey/black combo for the 3.6 liter...

Seems like, if you want an auto at least, that you must go with the hybrid or the v8. I'm thinking that the 4 cylinder turbo may be less of a long term headache vs the 6 call hybrid. At least there's only 1 drivetrain and electrical system in the 4 cylinder.

About to place a factory order on 2021 Rubicon with Xtreme Recon. Does anyone know how tall the vehicle will be with the 1.5" lift and 35 tires?

My lowest clearance in my garage is 83.5" and I plan on installing a gobi stealth rack which adds 7.1" in height. If xtreme recon only adds 2" height to vehicle I'll be ok - 3" and I might be in trouble...
