I think it depends on where the clutch lever is as to what its called. The Clutch on the shifter lever itself seems to be a good fit for your ankle condition.

So I was back in Home Depot today (matter of fact I’m going back again now) the people next to me lock there keys in the car after loading up their stuff. They ask me for help (I don’t know why me) so I said yes. I got one of the bricks I just bought and threw it through their window and said now you can open the door. I got my brick and left while they where still in shock. The bricks I bought where wrong.
