For those of you that have upgraded 18”wheels/tires have you had to replace or modify your spare tire carrier? Waiting on some 275/70/18 Falkens on 0 offset wheels.

I upgraded to that size nitto ridge grapplers 82lbs wheel and tire with no issues 6 months ago. I think your Falkens are likely much lighter.

Looks pretty good. Are those quadratec wheels 0 offset? Thanks for feedback. I stuck with 18’s but of course a week after I ordered I got a call they only have 4 rims. Still trying to sort it out with customer service on what I’m gonna do. I had my mind made up on a wheel choice. Dang it.

The transformation is coming along! It has taken me a while decide on a direction & to finalize what I wanted. I still have Rubi takeoffs to install for a mild lift, then wrapping 33’s around those gorgeous wheels. At least one more graphic along the rear fender, possibly a large door graphic. I hope to bring attention to our military veterans and active duty wherever I go.

Wheels and tires came today. Switched it up a bit from my original order due to a parts shortage. Spare fits on fine just need to extend the bumpers. If anyone has a good solution please pass it along. Ended up with 17x8.5” ProComp Rockwell wheels with 0 offset and 285/70/17 Ko2’s. Quite pleased.

Has been a little bit since last post. My 21 anniversary took delivery in March. Took off hard top off for summer and moved to soft top. Did a few things—315 70 17 ko2’s, wheels, front bumper, winch, KC slimline led spot beams, redline hood struts, rubicon take off springs and shocks, 1/2” AEV spacer in front to offset weight of bumper and winch. Go rhino dominator side step, spare tire relocation, reinforcement bracket for spare tire, alien shade front and rear, shorty antenna, Quadratec rear cargo liner, Jeep OEM rubber mats, bolt hood lock, factor 55 hawse fairlead, GPCA grab handles, rokbloxz mud flaps and some other interior things!! Lol I didn’t realize so much till I made this list!! It is addicting! Much more to come!
Ok did another little thing!

Greetings from the Southernmost,
We picked up our 2021 80th Edition last week. Its our third Jeep but our first Wrangler. We live in Key West where there are plenty of Wranglers but haven't seen another 80th. Bought the car on the mainland and drove her 140 miles home over the Overseas Highway (Rt 1). What a great maiden voyage. We stopped at the Square Grouper (the 420 Lounge) on the ride home and we were 'ducked' in the lot. Too funny. Really enjoying the Jeep so far and joining this forum to stay informed....Cheers!

In the year I've had my Jeep I have taken it on basic trails in the woods and rode around on dirt roads, but to be honest, a two wheel drive would have done it fine. I finally went to an offroad park where the Jeeps capabilities where required and I was not disappointed. The more I drove it over obstacles the more confident I got with it, its a goat. In the south most places to drive are wooded and a tight fit, visibility and maneuverability are king. Not to throw any shade to a Bronco but I have sat in one of those and the visibility and the sense of exactly where the vehicle was really seemed to be lacking. Really pleased with how the Jeep comes into its own when you finally take it to where it can shine, you really don't know what you got till you do.
