Be warned. The seat jacker is great but be cautious if you live near water, humidity, or moisture of any kind. The bolts provided will rust if your neighbor sneezes within 100 yards.Installed the @DesertDoesIt seat jackers today. Quick and easy install and it sure changes the seat base angle quite a bit! I'm going to have to get used to it but I can already tell it should alleviate the nerve pinching sensation these stock seats seem to give alot of us.
Looks good! Is it necessary that the side verticals are walls? Could you achieve the same support with a few well placed vertical strips, sort of like studs, rather than vertical walls? Going with "studs" could gain you back a bit of space, both from the wall thickness and also the area above the fenders. It's not much, but I have the diabolical slipstream which has a similar design but is using a couple of key pieces for vertical support. I keep some rain gear and an extra hat stuffed up above the fenders that way I always have them if I need them. I'm in a 2 door so every bit of space I have is valuable.Made a little more progress on my storage compartment. All the big pieces are complete. Now to get the brackets made for the vertical pieces to tie into cargo tie downs.
Those look bad ass! Match your jeep perfectly! Nice jobGot some new wheels the other day. Real happy with them.
That's not rust, that's built-in Loctite!Be warned. The seat jacker is great but be cautious if you live near water, humidity, or moisture of any kind. The bolts provided will rust if your neighbor sneezes within 100 yards.

double wammyFive miles into my morning commute...
You should look over the warranty wording. I think it states you have to have the install done by a certified tech to receive coverage. At least it does on the MX5 version so I would think it would be the same on this kit. With no V8 coming for the 2-door JL's...I just pulled the trigger on an Edelbrock Supercharger W/tune! Edelbrock has moved manufacturing from CA to Mississippi and are out of stock for 6-10 weeks, however Summit does have a couple in stock and is shipping out of Texas today. IMHO this is the best engineered system for a stock 3.6 and (with their tune) includes a 3 year/36,000 mile powertrain warranty. Will install this, along with a stack of other parts as I wait for my Dana 4.88 UD44 to ship early next month...
