I can’t believe this is the 2.5 game changer not 3.5... anyway it looks like your front you eliminated the fender plastic bottom part so it has more clearance.passenger rear

yes i gutted the front fender. It was more for looks than clearance. I had no rubbing in the front with the 37'sI can’t believe this is the 2.5 game changer not 3.5... anyway it looks like your front you eliminated the fender plastic bottom part so it has more clearance.
thank you so much for all your responses!!
I'm running 3" bump stop up front but I'm pretty sure I can get away with only 2". In the rear I am running 2" bump stops.Quietpeen, with the 37's on Metalcloak 2.5. how many bump stops are you running for front and rear?
I'm getting my 2.5 GC installed next month plus their full undercloak skids. I have a jlusport but swapping Rubicon fenders, brakes, and axles on at the same time as lift. Putting Cooper STT Pro's 37x12.5r17 also same time.
And also plan on doing the AAL front fenders to get more clearance. What did you do to your front fenders when you took off the bottom part?
Sorry about all the questions
I have gobs of clearance with the same front fender chop and 38's with 2" bump stop spacers.I'm running 3" bump stop up front but I'm pretty sure I can get away with only 2". In the rear I am running 2" bump stops.
Not really sure what you are asking in reference to the front fenders.
just attached it to the AAL lights in the front and then the bottom 2 plastic clips and the back of the fender I replaced with their fender bolt kit because they were popping off on the highway. With the front fenders people say they are flimsy without the bottom piece. Did you add any brackets to help support it?
@Roky has a solution for this and can probably give you the link where he discussed it.With the front fenders people say they are flimsy without the bottom piece. Did you add any brackets to help support it?
Here is my walk around video and measurements. That looks like the 3.5" kit. Who installed it and ordered it, get the item number. My kit was installed by an amazing Jeep team. No issues whatsoever and it is a rock crawling BEAST!This is is a GC 2.5 with 35’s and I think it was too high, way more than 2.5”. Plus I have a huge bow in the springs. I’ve been assured it is the 2.5” kit but I wish I could drop it down a bit.
Winch, steel bumpers, skid plates, sliders, body armor, etc. will bring it down. This is is a GC 2.5 with 35’s and I think it was too high, way more than 2.5”. Plus I have a huge bow in the springs. I’ve been assured it is the 2.5” kit but I wish I could drop it down a bit.
Did you all Metalcloak, they are really good at customer service and helping you through what may be going on. FWIW here are my 3.5" springs.Winch, steel bumpers, skid plates, sliders, body armor, etc. will bring it down.
I put RK spring correction pads on mine to fix the bow. Guess it’s possible I didn’t get the spring seated correctly initially, though it looked like it was.
