Bumps? If so, lower your tire pressure. Bums? Check your wheel alignment afterwards...Does anybody 2020 JLU FISH TAIL FROM THE BACK AFTER HITTING ANY BUMBS OR POT HOLES?
I have the 2018 JLUSS Wrangler with the LSD rear axle. Using too much power on rough roads or wet road turns you want to hang on for dear life. It takes a little getting use to and you learn what you rig can handle. Playing with your tire pressure can help a little on the rough surfaces. After all it is a Jeep live axle and not independent suspension.Does anybody 2020 JLU FISH TAIL FROM THE BACK AFTER HITTING ANY BUMBS OR POT HOLES?
Thanks for the info ...bumps and the adviceBumps? If so, lower your tire pressure. Bums? Check your wheel alignment afterwards...
Thank You for the advice. You are going around turns too fast.
Solid axles tend to hop when you turn over bumps.
Fish tailing means you are gassing it too much or turning too fast.
If you have the Selec-Trac, leaving it in 4H Auto would reduce fish tailing. Otherwise, just slow down and remember you are driving a body-on-frame truck.
Good luck.
The way you explained it was on point with the issues I have.Riding on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago is rough on my Jeep.I have the 2018 JLUSS Wrangler with the LSD rear axle.
