I’ve stalked this forum for the last 3 weeks, so here goes my timeline, hope this gives you all waiting some hope:

5/1 ordered and got VON
5/10 got VIN from Jeep chat
5/19 build sheet on cryptostickers
5/20 window sticker on cryptostickers
5/21 around 12pm Jeep chat said built and waiting shipment within the next week
5/21 around 2pm dealer sent me pic of my baby on the back of a delivery truck
5/22 hugged my 2018 JK for the last time and brought home my sexy red bombshell JL Sahara

Seriously, they have one job - communicate - “Chat”. Read the rest of the transcript. Escalate without giving me a case number or telling me how to follow up? Really? In a day or two you'll get the "canned response" letter from Jeff, then nothing but crickets from there on out. I've noticed that some "Jeep Chat" people are more helpful then others. If I get Rebecca, I just end chat and try again.

Some feedback: It took me a few weeks of seeing this chart to really understand what you are getting at. I think it could be helpful to add a paragraph describing how to interpret the data.

For example: the average wrangler will show the build sheet 28.9 days after the order is sent in. After it is built, the average wrangler will take 10 days until the window sticker shows up. Manual transmissions see a lag of 4.13 days to build sheet (build sheet: 33.03 days) and a lag of 3.01 days (window sticker: 13.01 days) for an average of 46.04 days from order to window sticker. This is an average and may be a result of a combination of factors.

My apologies if I am dumbing it down too much, but having a paragraph like that I think could help the reader.

I'm so sad I keep looking and nothing on here... I order a JKUR HellaYella on 4/27 and I got the vin within a couple days. Got a ship date of 5/28 (which is this Friday) but cryptostickers still doesn't show a build sheet or a sticker. I'm seeing lots of orders after mine and some around my order date already arriving and yet not even a build sticker yet. I'm trying so hard to be patient, but its hard as I already sold my JKU and still have my TJ to drive but I'm excited and just want to see my new baby. Any ideas on how to curve my impatientness? Just so sad I don't have a build sticker yet...... Oh and Jeep Chat hasn't been much help either... my dealer just says beginning of June so IDK if it got pushed out or what???? My vin 1C4HJXFG7MW749992

I was one that had the dreaded D1 to D Regress on my build sheet once it actually showed up. I ordered on 4/16 and finally got the build sheet and sticker on 5/20.

I contacted Jeep Chat daily to see what stage it was in and talked to the dealer once a week. The est. ship date went from 4/30 to 5/18 to 5/19 and actually hit the rail on 5/21.

I know your pain of seeing builds move so quickly while yours doesn't seem to move.

Welcome to the Hella Yella club! Such a cool color. I can't wait for mine either. I think it helps just popping on here and watching other builds progress. @nomographer does a terrific job with the crypto data. You can get a feel for what options are held up or lagging, so keep an eye on this thread. Lots of helpful info to get you through the process. When all that fails, go look for cool accessories and make a Wish List on Amazon! :D Trying to learn patience is hard, but hang in there!

I'm so glad you all understand... I've never owned a brand new vehicle and definitely not one I ordered specifically for myself from the dealer. I was a little worried Id get back lash from not being patient... thank you all for being kind.
