Here is the “summary” for the Sahara in “standard equipment”:

Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc HD Brakes (HD stands for Heavy Duty)

Here is the Rubicon:

Same Heavy Duty Brakes!!!

Here is the Sport S:

Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Brakes. No Heavy Duty Brakes!!!

All you have to do is look at “standard features”

Interesting the Rubicon and Sahara both also get a 220 amp alternator vs 180 amp. The Trailer kit adds only 20 more amps.

Interesting thing I never noticed as well, what is "AUX BATTERY" listed next all of the batteries.

Thanks for posting that, I guess I did notice those subtleties when I was looking previously.

Not sure what makes one better than the other but the Sport (S) Bumper is molded plastic and the Sahara/Rubicon bumpers are injection molded plastic?

The JLs have two batteries. One might do ESS and the other does everything else, maybe? There has been a lot of discussion about it in the technical forums because disconnecting the main battery still leaves the risk of shocking yourself accidentally.

Doesn't the Sport S get 220 amp with Alpine Speaker package?

I don't think it's with the infotainment, but with the alpine stereo upgrade. You get acoustically tuned laminated glass to reduce unwanted noise in the cabin.
Infotainment includes Alpine Premium so yes it is included

Active noise control (a sound reducing technology that produces an inverted sound wave to cancel certain repetitive droning and vibrating noises) as far as I've seen only comes with the Alpine stereo system upgrade.

Well, yes, but a more concise way to put it is that the acoustic laminated glass comes with the alpine stereo upgrade... no matter how you get the upgrade... stand alone or as a part of the infotainment package.

When you upgrade to leather you DON'T get cup holders if all 3 back seats are being used. The cup holders are in the middle back seat console and only accessible when this center console is down (i.e. not more than 2 passengers in the back.)

On the plus side, in place of the floor cup holders you get a tray that's deep enough for a stick of gum--not 2 sticks of gum--a stick of gum.
