To clarify for my understanding- if a window sticker has been produced/is accessible online, does that mean the vehicle has actually been built or will be built? It appears it will, but confirming if someone knows for sure ...

Also, a huge thanks to membrain and Rebel for all you guys have done on these ... if we find ourselves in Moab together at some point, drinks and dinner on me.

I do not have 100% proof, but I think the buildsheet becomes available sometime close to when it hits the assembly line after paint. The windowsticker becomes available when it rolls off the assembly line and heads into inspection where the windowsticker temporarily disappears until it rolls out of inspection for transport.

Anybody know how long it takes from D2 status to framing? Mine is in D2: It’s going to be built, the computers are being programmed, materials are being sequenced and it’s about to go into framing.

I found a better description on a Jeep Cherokee site, that came up in a search. It said "D2 – gateline: framing and build imminent, usually within 3-6 days". We'll see...

Since mine is also not started, I called the dealer and asked him if it wasn't too late to add gorilla glass and dual doors... still waiting to find out.

I have finally been able to settle down and get back online.
I have a Samsung tablet I am using to remote into my home system in Texas, using some wonky hotel wifi here in Saudi Arabia... so please cut me some slack.

This update will also reflect those VINs* recently added to the list while I was away, so take this in consideration as these are mostly the ones with both sets of docs.

another update on 736065 ... mine is one of the 80 it appears.

Ordered 4/6, VIN ~4/10. still in BX. I had half doors added yesterday. So, option list is now:
White
Trailer
Mats
Camera
Gorilla glass
Dual doors

Dealer is still saying the Jeep Rep says it will not be built.

Don't really know anymore, so also willing to wait and see.
At first I was irritated that so many ordered after mine were already being delivered, but then thought that the current delay was good for me. Good for me because my employer has sent me to Saudi Arabia until mid July. I hope the extra items might delay build long enough until I return... otherwise my wife will be signing for the jeep and we can't have that, now, can we?

At first I was irritated that so many ordered after mine were already being delivered, but then thought that the current delay was good for me. I hope the extra items might delay build long enough until I return... otherwise my wife will be signing for the jeep and we can't have that, now, can we?

I hear you. I ordered 11-30-2020 and your right. There is an order out there in March that already has a build sheet as well as other orders with a higher VIN that have build sheets that were ordered long after I ordered mine. I can't complain too much though, there are some people that ordered on 11-19 and are still waiting to get a build sheet. There is no way to figure out the priority on how these things get to the assembly line. I'm thinking there is a huge sheet of paper with all the orders taped to a wall and they give a monkey a number of darts based on how many 392s they will build that day and he throws them at that sheet of paper. That makes as much sense as anything else. I'm hoping to get mine sometime in mid june. I've been in D1 since 4-22-2021 and chat says that is a maximum of 30 days in D1 but some have been in D1 longer then 30 days.

In the meantime, I await your daily updates and cross my fingers that my VIN will be on your list...

I'm now told it was in Paint "F" and should be built tomorrow...
