This surprises me. My experience with Rydell was excellent. My salesperson (Rad) always responded to my frequent "Where is it?" texts within the same day, or at least the day after. Everything from the ordering to the pickup/purchase was quite smooth. They honored the original deal, the finance guy didn't try adding anything on (they did offer an extended warranty but the pitch was quick without any pressure at all), and that was the fastest I've been in and out of a car purchase ever. Only frustration was how long it took to get from Toledo to the dealership, but I would assume the dealership doesn't have any control over that aspect.
I emailed Juan Tuesday night.. No response

I reached out to I think his partner last night.
A women at the dealership.
It really should not be this hard.

Thanks! What’s the fee - more than the $85 in CA or pretty close?

Doc fee is 199.00

59360 is the msrp

He quoted 52600 199 doc fee
Plus tax and license

I have his cell if you want it.

I keep going back and forth... It's the drive on a new car I keep debating

thanks. I have a local deal similar to Rydell, so I’m going to run the numbers and see if it’s with it. For me it’s more about the time and other costs.

you could always have them give you a shipping quote or get one only if you don’t want to drive it

Yeah I got a few shipping quotes.
I prefer local as well, but Rydell is just being stupid about getting back to me. Customer Service is so important to me, so that drives me crazy. Good Luck on your shopping

I was just told by a CA dealer they have been told to no longer give the $1500 clean fuel rewards as the program has run out of funding.

fact or fiction?

It is fiction. The funds are exhausted for the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project and they have a waitlist but the state can also provide more funds to the program. The clean fuel reward for $1,500 still has funding. Here is a list of the various rebates. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I had actually asked that they go back and check the clean fuel reward one, not the other. Will see what they say.

I just placed an order today and my dealer made no mention at all that funding was exhausted and listed the rebate as one of my incentives. Good luck!

Do we know if Rydell is using the standard Money Factor, or do they markup? The money factor for May should be .00203
