But you *really* liked the 18" wheels mentioned on the Sahara...

What would you do? I'm reading the order form posted on this forum to determine what "else" I'm getting with the Sahara and I'm not certain I can justify the price difference. Unless... is there something strategic that I am getting with the Sahara that I'm not seeing?

Is there a way to get the 18" wheels from the Sahara I mentioned? I don't think so... I know about buying used take-offs... any other thoughts?

Get the Sport Altitude. Sahara suspension, 18" wheels, and hardtop w/headliner are all part of the package.

This is the route I went with.

Only thing I added from a Sahara, after the fact, was a set of running boards.

You can add a soft top (Dual Top Group) to the Sport Altitude.

OP: Often can find Sahara wheels for a few hundred dollars on the forum marketplace or facebook marketplace. If the rest of the sahara features aren't appealing to you, go with the sport and upgrade the stuff you want. I bought a sport s and am currently running rubicon wheels/tires and suspension

Big difference in my mind is that Sahara has selec trac full time 4wd and sport doesnt, unless something changed and sport has that in the 2021s. Not sure if that's something you'd care about, but if it is then that plus all the Sahara goodies might be worth the difference to you since that's something you couldn't easily (or at all? no idea) upgrade after the fact.

Depends on what you want to do with it.. I know it's typically better in snow/ice/low-traction situations on the road, but being in Florida I doubt that's a concern for you
