USB charging is slow?

I have a note20 ultra. Noticed the USB charging is very slow using the built-in USB ports. I've tried the USBC port, USB port, checked my settings, used OEM cord, and tried multiple cables. A search indicates I should be fast charging but the results were inconsistent.

Not sure where you saw that it should be fast charging but I never saw that anywhere. s10 charges normal speed on my 2020

The owner manual makes no mention of quick charging. The USB ports are Smart Charging.
