How's it drive? Fuel economy? I have a 110 mile round trip commute at 65 MPH + speeds.I have the auto, no regear with 37's.
well... sounds like you should have gotten the Diesel! How's it drive? Fuel economy? I have a 110 mile round trip commute at 65 MPH + speeds.
Drives great. Fuel economy takes a bit of a hit as expected but not ridiculous. The more you push beyond 65 the greater the toll. Also depends on the terrain. She still manages 8th gear on level roads. Between here and Oceanside there are some hills that keep her in 6th at 70+.How's it drive? Fuel economy? Thanks. You got me thinking about 37s again, though I should also go with smaller wheels than the 20" that I currently have.Drives great. I’d say 1 to 3 mpg loss depending on speed.
I followed Joe on some winding roads in MO and she never felt squirrely. We weren’t puttering along either. I was impressed on how well she handled and I didn’t feel white knuckle.
Yeah, but I had a diesel Liberty years ago. Don't trust Jeep diesels.well... sounds like you should have gotten the Diesel!
Sounds like she needs more foreplay or more lube.
I must admit, I forget what lift you went with. Was it the Mopar lift?Drives great. Fuel economy takes a bit of a hit as expected but not ridiculous. The more you push beyond 65 the greater the toll. And I seem to remember someone saying they were hearing their tires complaining in the corners too! That was a very fun drive and yes, the JLs can handle the corners pretty damn good!!! (Well...at least the 2-doors can... )Drives great. Fuel economy takes a bit of a hit as expected but not ridiculous. The more you push beyond 65 the greater the toll. Also depends on the terrain. Joe, you just have it backwards. Motorcycles have only 2 wheels and real Jeeps have 4 doors. (Yeah, I'm gonna hear about this one...)And I seem to remember someone saying they were hearing their tires complaining in the corners too! I think you'll find the 3.0 to be a big improvement over that 4 burner that was in the Liberty.Yeah, but I had a diesel Liberty years ago. Don't trust Jeep diesels.
Yes, the Mopar lift. With the tires and lift she grew 4”.I must admit, I forget what lift you went with. Was it the Mopar lift?
