I noticed exhaust being expelled straight down from the exhaust resinator. I can see it clearly when I started it in cold weather. I looked under to find a small holes in the resinator. Looks factory perfectly round hole about 1/8" in diameter. Anyone else have this hole? If so maybe to let water escape. If not should I plug it?

Normal. No, do not plug it. Figure it is there for a good reason.

Know this is old. Just noticed the hole on mine today. Black exhaust stain shooting out from each side.
