I have a 2019 Red Rubicon with 10,000 miles and always garaged. Haven't waxed it yet. When should I?

i always wax my new vehicles within a 1000 miles of buying them. helps keep the paint from having issues in the years to come. i also use a spray wax after each wash.

I wash and clay bar my Jeep twice a year, after clay baring I use a ceramic based spray and after that it gets washed weekly followed up by a quick detailer spray

Clay bar a Jeep? It wasn't a joke.;)
You don't clay bar a Jeep. You clay bar the clear coat. Just like every other vehicle that has clear coat.

If it is worth having it is worth taking care of. I'll continue taking care of my vehicles regardless of who made it.

Awesome; next time you're at the Bed Bath and Beyond, could you pick me up some of those extra fluffy bath towels? :giggle:

Suppose you want the pink ones? To match the rest of your decor?

I clean and wax mine about monthly. I use the Maguires clean and wax or any other reputable brand, the kind you put into a bucket of water and wipe on with a clean rag, rinse with hose, then Dry off with a nice terry towel. Looks great and doesn't take but 30 minutes. I do the Maguires Tire shine too, looks great.
I have never clay barred, but probably should. Take care of your Jeep and it will take care of you.

As often as you are willing, but by auto detailing standards, no less than twice a year.

I use a liquid wax every few months, but wash and use a detailer spray (sealant, PS BeadMaker) every 2-3 weeks. The paint stays slick as ice, and I've had multiple people ask me if It's been ceramic coated, which I answer no.
