Starting the conversation regarding the lift kits. What’s going to be available? Is Mopar releasing the lift kit for the PhEV?
I remember when I got my diesel I installed the Mopar lift kit from 3.6 and had really no issues even up until I sold it last month. I wonder if it will be the same for the PHEV?

What kind of issues did you have when you sold the diesel?

We've heard that the 4xe Mopar list will be available May 1st. I know Teraflex just got their 4xe a couple days ago, and I know of one owner who is sending theirs to Rock Krawler for lift engineering.
The options will be coming!

Regarding the MOPAR lift - I called Jeep Performance Parts at 1-888-528-HEMI. About 2 months ago they confirmed having the 4xe lift, p/n 77072522, in their parts depot. My local parts department was unable to find the part at that time (too new).

From what has been reported on the forum & FB group, it seems this lift has been recalled for re-engineering. I have not independently confirmed this with JPP. Scuttlebut states that the updated part will have a new part number.

A couple weeks ago, I was finally able to get a local parts department find this part, but he quoted $2100 as I recall. They also wanted 8-10 hours of labor for their service dept to install it which seems excessive for 4 shocks, 4 springs, 2 LCA's and a couple sway bar extensions.

I see the original 4xe MOPAR lift listed online for about $1350, but those locations are all in the Southern US and want >$400 for truck shipping to the Seattle area.

Rancho was interested in seeing the tags on the springs when my 4xe arrives. I believe they will look at the spring rates and determine if re-engineering of their kit is needed.

Quick update about the Mopar lift. It has indeed been recalled by the engineering dept and currently has a May 1st re-release date.

I was wondering who here was planning on installing their lift kit themselves. I think I will go towards the Mopar but looks like most places want a ton of money for what looks like about 4 hours work. I have installed a few lifts and for the most part they are pretty easy.

That's for the 4xe specific lift? So we know for sure the regular JLUR lift won't work for a 4xe?

The weight and weight placement between a regular JLUR and the 4Xe is pretty large.

Yah, I bet "won't work" is overstating the situation, but using another Wrangler's kit won't be optimal for the total weight and weight distribution. Somewhat similar to the diesel running a 2.0L kit. The 4xe is much heavier overall (5222 vs 4450), but also a few hundred Lbs under the rear seat changes the weight distribution.

We had a teraflex 3.5 inch lift installed by the dealership with 37s. Looks great and is running well. But, they were unable to get the tazer to change the speedometer yet and the battery mileage definitely has taken a hit, seems like it’s down to around 15 miles now on the battery per charge. Bringing it back this next week to get the bumper and winch put on. Will update again from there

Was this kit specific to the 4XE? If so I am interested.

Looks like you have the Mopar side rail. How do you like it? I was thinking of getting it but saw some videos and it seemed wobbly so I'm leaning toward the AMP folding side rail

Very nice!!

They are the original wheels - correct? So it is possible to put 37s on the original wheel?

I'm thinking of just doing 35s, so guess that would be okay also? Any sense if 35s with regular Rubi suspension (aka no additional lift) would be okay without rubbing or any other issues.

If there's a go to thread on 35s - what fits etc. would love anyone to point me in that direction.
