What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

I too have recently added the rubber trim from Amazon to my Jeep fender/body areas.

Looks great. I did the same but stopped the front piece at the plastic cowl thingy. I don't get anything stuck in now!

Took the end of the kitchen tool and perfect size and firmness to wedge them down.

Simple and works.

Did you use all of it or did you have some left over? How close were you to running out?

Where did you find those straps you have on the rear seat belts? Looks better than the cheap should pad seat belt covers I found at walmart.

Also... did you figure out a way to make the block off plate for the top wiring to be rotatable? Mine I have to undo the nut on the underside a bit so I can lift up and rotate the block off plate, then bolt it back down. Not a deal breaker for me, by any stretch of the imagination, but where that nut is located it's annoying and I keep thinking I could do something to make it better.

I got the seatbelt wraps on Amazon. I posted a link initially, but they're no longer listed.

As for that little corner cover, I thought about it and decided I won't have to mess with it often enough to worry about it yet. I'm sure it can be made more easily accessible though.

You need to remove the six bolts that hold the sunrider top first before you remove the rear hardtop.

Well I cursed Mid Michigan with one more snow storm. I got the Jeep naked today and put my mall crawler tires on. I have about month until the next wheeling trip before I will convert it back away from mall crawler

Got up this morning and went out to start my wife's car at or about 6 am. She had to park outside as I filled her side of the garage with Jeep tires, doors and tops and did not put them all away yet.

Sure enough it snowed..... LOL
