Don is awesome! Does great workUse your pattern/colors
@danzyJust small stuff today.
1. Hood struts
2. 15" antenna
Not using the Redline struts. Bought the Rival units off Quadratec.@danzy
Your @Redline Tuning hood struts are mounted incorrectly. You need to remove just the struts themselves and install so the the black tubes are attached to the hood... They are self lubricating struts and the way you have them now, they will not self lubricate..
yeah. The more I look at it, the more jelly I get.That looks fantastic!
@danzy55Love them work great $75 well spent! First Jeep part ever that said made in Russia on the box!
The top piece has a disconnect if you needed to release it. If they screw up in 6 months I’ll be writing a review...I just checked out the website and the Jeep accessories they do have a cool looking front aluminum bumper!@danzy55
Just looked at the install instructions for those... Crazy these are Russian knock offs not Chinese.... 8-)
Not sure how they lubricate with the install of the struts that way, but that is the way it shows in the directions..
Geeez, no quick disconnects on them it seems, right?
And after...Got the ball rolling on my Rebel Blackout Kit install. An auto glass shop removed the hardtop side glass for fweeeee!

Does the intake sound any different than stock?Added the Mopar cold air intake to compliment the Borla exhaust.
I'm not able to hear a difference over my Borla exhaust. I also left the factory paper filter in, so that might impact the sound.Does the intake sound any different than stock?
Jim just curious who your Jeep dealer is - getting ready to buy next week and probably not buying in PA but wanted to make sure I wasn't leaving out any potential dealers I might have missed =)
Picked up my soft top today from the dealer. I’m impressed it’s actually wrapped inside the box. Figured it would be just placed in there.
My oh my, my dealer has a ton of wranglers on the lot. I mean a shit ton and have a ton coming in. They are modding a lot of them too. There was a sweet sarge green sport with Matt gold rims that looked really nice. And a rubicon glat that is getting 40’s on it with new flares, front and rear bumpers along with a beefed up brake package. You couldn’t even move in the showroom and service area with all the crates from Jeep. I couldn’t get over it. I don’t think they have another Jeep on the lot except wranglers or glats.
Do you have a link to the brackets you used?Today was adding cheap cube lights. I added the brackets last week, but I needed to add a pigtail to the lights because the leads were very short. I've run out of time, so they're not wired in right now. I'd also like to get a shorter bolt to make it look cleaner.
