Yea, if you bumped the button that'll happen. Im sure you know that you need to be on level ground when you try and actuate and reconnect it as well. Thats one thing the Bronco has up on the Wrangler.

BTW, “I don’t know” is not an acceptable answer by the dealer. It is their job to know. And if they still don’t know, then they better find out.
Agreed, it's like every time I have a problem, it's like I'm the first one to ever have it. Thankfully I haven't had too many problems.

Just thought the connector cleaning and removal would help. Sometimes reseating a connector helps. If you pull the connector, squirt it with some contact cleaner.

they literally don’t know without looking at the vehicle.

to be clear, anyone who calls a service department and asks what’s wrong with their car sitting in their driveway is a buffoon.

"I don't know" is never a valid answer to a customer question. The Service Advisor may not personally know what is wrong with the Jeep, but that is besides the point; it is the dealer's job to figure it out.

A better trained Service Advisor would say "Please remind me about it when you bring it in for an oil change next week; we will take a look at it."

That's funny. Almost as funny as people who inject the word "Literally" into every sentence they type into their computer. I literally have an appointment on Friday.

If you can’t see the merit of the word in this case, you can’t be helped.

Mine just started doing this yesterday. I can’t get the plug unhooked to check it though.

This is not an issue of the sway bar trying to be disconnected when not in four wheel drive. That icon indicates there is an actual issue with the sway bar disconnect system.

There's anything but merit in putting doubt in the mind of a customer. "I don't know" is the single worst phrase that someone in the repair industry can use.
