I'd say "Jeep" because that's what I drive.

But I'd add, "I'll take the first three in line. The rest of ya will have to walk." 😆

Given that its a JLU, I would just say SUV
I get this! ...kind of. A buddy of mine and I each owned a CJ-7 decades ago. When I told him I was considering purchasing a JLU, he said "ya know, that ain't no Jeep!" When I said "it isn't?" He replied "when they started going with the 4-doors, it's just another SUV!"

I don't know ...even when I get my JLU, I'll most likely still call it a Jeep.

Anyone voting Jeep.. You do know that kind of makes you sound kind of like a showoff....

"I'll bring the Benty Around"
"I'll bring the Ferrari Around"

And then everyone standing there goes "Ohhhh, he's got a Ferrari".
That's a weird flex... Jeep isn't exactly a premium or luxury brand. For a pedestrian level vehicle, it only gets douchey if you drop things into conversation like the model name, model year, trim level, options, etc.:

"Let's take the Rubicon"
"I'm driving The Hemi"
"I'm parked over there in the Grand Cherokee Limited"
"Let's take the Laredo"
"Pretty little souped up four-wheel-drive"
"Rollin, in my five point ohh"
"Cruisin' down the street in my six-fo"

So I was wondering what one would say in this Scenario:
Your at a work related conference (Pre Covid-19 of course). Your work mates want to go to one of the local breweries after the conference. You and the team decide on a brewery while huddling in front of the hotel. You offer to drive.

Do you say:
I'll bring the "truck" around

I'll bring the "Jeep" around

have at it...!
I will for sure NOT say “I’ll bring the “car” around”.

if I am going to a brewery then I’d rather not be driving though. Someone else should drive so that I can have all the fun!

I often say either jeep or truck. I think a straight axle, body on frame vehicle sporting 35” tires can be called a truck if you desire. I used to call my TJ and WJ a truck by the same logic.

It is a Jeep. It is a truck. It is a truck and a Jeep at the same time. A truck made by Jeep. Or AMC. Or Chrysler. Or Daimler-Benz. Or FCA. Or Stellantis.

I’d say Jeep, but I wouldn’t be driving in the first place. Not because of drunk driving... because I drive a 2-seater (my rear seat has a permanent spot in my garage)

I always call it Jeep. It is a 2 door so thats what fits. If I had a JLU I might be more inclined to call it truck. It has straight axles, body on frame, and it feels more like a utility vehicle. I see my Jeep as a tiny truck but I just call it jeep. Theres no mistaking the 2 door.

But nobody gives a fuck what you call it. Jeep or truck. Seriously nobody cares, do what you want. It is what you want. For some people it is just a car since they just use it to carry the kids to soccer practice, it is just a car to them. Who cares.

Well, the big burly guy at the tire shop who mounted my tires told me that I had a beautiful 'truck'.

I personally say Jeep for a Wrangler and truck for a truck.
But, call it what ever you want. I don't think anybody really cares. And don't worry about what other people think, just drink some beer (responsibly).
