It is a glitch in the configurator. It will be 2 inches taller.
I can't say for sure if it's a glitch or intentional, as they may have thought the stock ride height of the 392 looked weird on the configurator when sitting on the stock 33's, but you are absolutely correct that it is included.
For those curious, check out these pics from the official reveal. The first four pics show the Granite Crystal Grey 392 that has 35" Nitto Trail Grappler tires. Then take a look at the last 2 pics of the Hydro Blue with the stock 33" BFG KO2's.
In my opinion, there is a considerably bigger gap between the fender and tire on a 392 with 35's than on a standard JLU Rubicon on 35's, and the bigger gap is even more visible in the pics of the Hydro Blue with 33's.
In fact, I think the stock 33's look too small on the 392, when compared to how nice they look on a Stock Rubi with no lift.
Hence the reason I wonder if the appearance on the configurator was actually intentional.
